The CPOC Centre for Women’s Excellence is a team of capable young women along with the network they’ve spent years cultivating and perfecting.

The purpose of this team is 3 fold: 

• Provide distinct and personalized coaching and mentoring to women of colour or those facing adverse circumstances (including violence and abuse) 
• Assist women who are entrepreneurs, or wanting to acquire soft skill and street smarts needed to navigate the board room or management structure or the barriers to growing a business women face.
